Unauthorized additional fees charged by Uber

I booked a pick up on the 8th of February 2025 with Uber from Germiston to Randburg. The driver that picked me up drove a long route around to get to Randburg, passed Empire and Jan Smuts. I arrived in Randburg just after 12 the afternoon. Later the afternoon around 14.00pm I get a new bill from Uber to pay an additional fee of R101. Stating that the driver made a stop at a Sasol garage in Fourways. Not once in the whole trip did we make a stop and we were never near Fourways. My drop off point was about 4km from Malibongu drive and the Sasol is off Winnie Mandela drive. I put a claim in with Uber with all the proof and the response was I am not eligible for a price adjustment. I do not be believe it's fair on customers to pay bocus fees just because the driver never stopped the trip when he reached the drop of point.
