Unauthorised deductions from my bank account

I have had two deductions from my bank account for trips not taken in October and November 2022. I contacted Uber and they allege I purchased an Uber Pass, which I did not. I have had to cancel my bank card, pay for the issue of a new bank card and remove the option to pay by card on the Uber app.
