Unauthorised Deductions

4 unauthorised deductions. I did not request a ride on that day. Every trip I make, I ensure that the correct amounts are deducted therefore it cannot be said by the company that it is an arrear deduction. I contacted them immediately through the only communication channel they provide for customers (the app), still no response almost 2 days later. These are not small deductions, I want my money back.
