Unauthorised deduction from credit card and no refund given

I uses an uber on 1st of Sept and due to the unsafe driving (reversing on N1) I decided to never use them again. To my surprise, an amount of R99 was deducted from my ct card a month later. I queried this with them and was told that it was for a pass to receive 45 discounts when using uber and uber eats. I never gave permission for the deduction and explained that I dont intend on using uber again due to the manic driver I had. I was told that the pass was deactivated but that the money cant be refunded to me. Now, how do u deduct money from someone and then they did not get the service? This is outrageous and just another reason why I will never recommend this company at all.
