Unauthorised Deduction By Uber From Bank Account

Hello. I do not have any experience with Uber services, I have never used it. I have a problem on the 18/9/25, there was an unauthorised deduction from my bank Account written Uber. My problem is I don't know how to contact Uber to check on this. I made an effort to resolve this with the bank but the bank insist I have to contact Uber first and try to resolve this with them. Am stark hence I decided to post here, am worried the deduction may continue. Shoko
