UNAUTHORISED DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT

I requested Uber this morning,i waited for almost 10 munites for the driver,while waiting i saw driver arrived after that long wait and i checked outside and there was no one,then the driver cancelled where ever he was,because i was rushing to work i ask my son to drop me at work,15 munites later while on my way i saw a transaction for R48 deducted from my bank account,my request was cash but Uber had a nerve of going in to my account and debit.I did not use your services and i want my money back,This is not the first time this happens.Our accounts are not safe with Uber because they can go into your account when ever it suits them.
