Unapproved Fare Adjustment on My Uber Trip

On February 17th, I booked an Uber trip for R134 for a very short distance. Later that night, they refunded the R134 and charged me R194. I did not agree to this R194 charge, and had I known the trip would cost nearly R200, I would not have booked it. The additional amount is excessive, especially since there was no delay in the trip. I don't understand why they made such a significant charge, and I believe it should be ******* for them to have control over my account like this.
