Unacceptable behavior 😤

I am using Uber daily from work and sometimes to receive parcels. Last week I was charged twice for 1 trip and contacting Uber to no avail. R205 twice for the same trip from Bryanston to Bruma. Today I booked Uber courier, firstly the driver took 40 minutes for a 20 mins trip, didn't end the trip after I received my parcel and I had to cancel it from my side. I have been charged twice once again for the same trip. This is atrocious, unacceptable and downright thievery from Uber.
