Unacceptable Bahaviour

I am so frustrated with Uber. On the 28th April I took a ride in the early morning with a driver by the name of Zakhe. Unfortunately, I forgot my remote for my house gate in his car. Despite initially getting in touch with the driver to arrange to get my remote, two months later he still has not returned my remote. I have tried to contact Uber numerous times to get my remote. Each time I have informed that the driver has confirmed that he has my remote, but this man still has not returned my remote. Him keeping my remote is quite UNSAFE actually for me. I forced to take this matter to Hellopeter, maybe I can have this matter addressed.
