Unacceptable

They have been taking money off my account. Someone from Cape Town booked a Uber ride with my card details. I immediately contacted my bank to cancel my card. I have been in contact with Uber but they said that they will not refund me my money back. It was an amount for R326 then R23 the R105 again. This is unacceptable we will not stand for this and I will take this further.
