UNABLE TO REACH DRIVER AFTER MISTAKENLY LEAVING ITEM IN UBER

I took an order ride on Saturday night ( 19 November) from Ronaldo (Toyota euros) in Stellenbosch. After mistakenly leaving an item I have been unable to reach him and the Uber call centre has not been much help at all. The item left was extremely important and the lack of help from Uber has been devastating to say the least. Their means to connect customers to their Uber drivers needs to be improved drastically.
