UNABLE TO CONTACT UBER

<p>Please can someone assist? I am a new member of Uber and used this service for the first time on 12 March and was charged for trip despite the web page saying your first trip is free! I also used Uber twice in Cape Town and each time the address where I was dropped off and collected from reflects a different address and I was charged more than what was quoted. Despite trying to access Uber using my cell number it keeps saying invalid...I dont know why? I am a pensioner and would appreciate SOMEONE assisting me. I tried numerous times when I was away but no luck and no one can tell me what your email is. HELP. thank you. I dont want to use this service if I cannot get hold of anyone to advise them of their errors.</p>
