UNABLE TO CANCEL UBER PASS

I have been charged R99.99 for the last few months for Uber Pass which I am unable to cancel - there is NO option to do so which is pretty much theft! I do not recall signing up for this either as I barely use Uber (3/45 trips) and never used Uber Eats for that matter. No support service. What can be done???
