*****ulent Uber transaction via Capitec app

I have been having issues with Uber, on my Capitec banking app, on the 3rd Feb 2026 03:44 a transaction took of R65.00 whereas I was asleep I didn’t request for trip at that specific and this is not the first this has happened, I’ve logged a complaint via the Capitec app to flag the transaction there too I did not get any assistance just acknowledgement auto emails then nothing happens, this is ***** though and I’ve heard quite a few people complaining of the same issue
