*****ULENT UBER TRANSACTION

Uber *****ulently took money off may bank account and refuses to refund as they say it must have been family or a friend which is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE! They sent me the name of the person, who I definitely do not know, but refuse to give details of the alleged trip taken as they may not release this information? What a load of nonsense. This is definitely a *****ulent transaction and they will not release the details as there are NONE because there was not such trip! I am fed but with their automated emails, its DISGUSTING! I WANT MY MONEY BACK and will continue to report them to all authorities and post about their *****ulent behaviour.
