*****ulent Uber rides & charges!

I ordered Uber for a trip costing R71.00. Trip completed and payment executed on my credit card. The next day I get an email about a *****ulent trip costing R404.++ which I know nothing about. Trip was completed by the same driver. Payment charged against my credit card. *****ulent. Reported this incident to Uber - but they are useless as I’m still waiting for a response. I’ve asked them to investigate and take action - nothing has happened.
