am beyond frustrated with Uber. Money was debited from my account without my consent, without proper authorisation, and without any clear explanation. That alone is unacceptable. What makes this worse is that my messages and queries have been completely ignored. I have attempted to resolve this matter professionally through their support channels, yet there has been no meaningful response. Ignoring customers after taking their money is disgraceful. You cannot simply debit accounts and then disappear when questioned about it. I demand a full explanation of the charge and an immediate refund if this deduction was processed incorrectly.
