*****ulent transaction

I am sleeping at my place and I see my bank statement with a R50 taken by Uber. I don't know what is happening as I did never request a ride or ordered anything. Last time the trip was more than the money that I was supposed to pay. I sent them and email and no one bothered to respond to me. Please fix this. I took the screenshot of my Uber transactions and I did not get this transaction but it is appearing on my bank transaction for today.
