*****ulent transaction and no reply to my message

I am highly disgusted with Uber, I was charged R500.00 for Uber One which I did not request this transaction. Its a *****ULENT TRANSACTION, I complained via their link on Saturday and have not as yet received a response. It's highly unacceptable that there is no proper complaints department either telephonic or email. I will NEVER use Uber again.
