I am disappointed in the service I’ve received lately on Uber. Firstly I requested for a ride and it was cash payment , driver dropped me off and claimed that I didn’t pay. Uber went on and debited R300 after I’ve paid cash. Secondly I’m getting uber recurring payments that I didn’t sign up for, I was debited twice on the same day without requesting for a ride. Uber doesn’t help the clients at all, when you contact them they never assist you. My case was closed without being resolved
