Uber double debited me for 1 ride. 1st amount ending the trip was r61 and I added R50 to tip the driver totalling R111, then uber *****ulently debited R118 for the same trip and even put both amounts on same invoice, ai have cried for help refund my money, they only refunded R50 and chowed my R68. They have no phone number for support and all their email responses are noreply addresses, you talk to the so called support team, they dont respond to your query, all they do is throw you a punchline and leave ypu like that. To make it worse, the more ypu repeat your query, they block the contact channel even remove your trail of messages from your dashboard, its devastating 😢
