*****ulent charges for a ride I didn't request

I have been forced to take Uber for the past week and a half due to my car being immobile. Uber charged me R250 on the 5 March 2025 at 7:10am for a trip I never booked or took!! I don't even know the pick up point or drop off point. This amount was charged from my bank account. This is *****ulent, I want a refund immediately or I'm going to report this at SAPS
