Uber’s unfairness towards driver appeals

I have joined the platform early last year as a driver working part time, I always conducted my self professionally and treated every trip as my first. Seeing that the platform shows a great opportunity for growth, I then decided to buy another car and became a fleet manager hoping to grow even further

Soon things went my way and I was able to buy another vehicle to put on the platform and hire a driver. Unfortunately I was convinced by other drivers to try an alternative way of registering a vehicle on the platform using a temporary Olas Slip instead of a Permit along with other documents.

My documents were approved apart from the Olas slip and to my surprise I was blocked, after enquiring I was made aware that the Olas document was *****ulent. I made the effort to remedy this mistake and secured the permit instead of the Olas. I have made attempts requesting to be unblocked citing my mistake.

I feel my appeal should be granted as this was honestly the first time I uploaded a car on my own without any assistance and this was my first offence on the platform, and the permit was accepted but until today Uber will not entertainment me and unblock my account

Ubers allows trips requests to notorious places where drivers are repeatedly getting ****** and lose money including my self, but we soldier on, he i think it’s careless from their side. seems they can’t forgo a silly mistake I made while they make tons of money of people backs and resources . I am honestly disappointed with them and how carelessly handled my case

I also committed my self, buying a new vehicle only to be kicked out by Uber, now I am stuck with a new car that can’t generate income
