Uber's refusal to help and address issue

Seeing as they have not rep**** to any of these reviews I feel it is almost absurd to even write this. Long story short, was out drinking one night, ordered an Uber in my inebriated state. Got up the next morning to find a bill for R390. This for a 1km trip home. Turns out that I put in the wrong address the previous night, however never went there and guided the driver to the correct address. THEN, he apparently reported that he DID drop us at the R390 destination and not the 1km distance he actually drove. Now the Uber help, keeps on repeating "according to our records and after speaking to the driver, you did go on the trip" over and over and will not even address the issue at hand or forward it to someone who can. They are also extremely rude and literally refuse to help with the issue by dodging the complaint and repeating the same mantra as stated above.
