Uber's Pathetic Over charging

So I have been using Uber for a while now, but I still don't understand why I have been over charged. Last month I ordered an Uber from Milnerton Centre Point to Brooklyn here in Cape Town, then the driver decided to cancel the trip because I was a bit far from him. And when ordered another one for the same route, I was charged double the price including the trip that the driver cancelled. Then yesterday, for some reason my pin picked up a different address after I had ordered and the driver drove to me and charged me double again including from where the pin had located. I am really furious and frustrated. How can this keep happening. The first time I was told to contact Uber I did not get a response. This is pathetic and uncalled. To make it worse most of the drivers cars are dirty, I remember one time that I had to clean the seat before I got into the car. Uber please reimburse my money. I cant have you *****ing what I worked for.
