Uber's non existent customer service
I forgot my wallet in a ride on Monday the 11th April 2022. Today is the 14th and I still haven't heard from anyone at uber. Their app is absolutely useless for help. They transferred my call twice to the driver whose phone was off and I couldn't get the option to try calling the driver again since then. I've left my number for them to forward to the driver several times with no call yet and uber has not made any effort or responded as to what is going on. Pathetic service and major inconvenience. Driver's name is Puleng, an unreachable uber driver with a non existent customer care department from what I can see. There is no room for error in an uber because they cannot help you. They do not have honesty, integrity or any ethics. As long as they get their money, who cares what happens to you. You don't expect the drivers to step up because of human temptation but at least the company can help you in whichever way they can even if it's never recovered, at least they tried. But not Uber
