Uber's Lazy Drivers

At 11:41 and 11:48 today i requested Ubers and both cancelled my trips. Both showed in my map that they were 1 minute from me and it also showed me where they were. I tried to contact both drivers to no avail. Now i would like my whole fee refunded with immediate effect before this gets out if hand.

Those two drivers probably felt that my journey was two show anf just decided to cancel after waiting five minutes.

So bored and annoyed and i was starting to enjoy this system as i am in Capetown for a holiday. Every Uber driver has been awesome until today nje.
