UBER'S Gullable service

I requested an uber, knowing my work address is hard to find i texted him on the app, then when he didn't respond i went outside in the road to signal him, he didnt stop he just drove on, eventually turned around, mind you im still waiting in the rain. Got into the car, i asked him if he didn't saw me the first time coz he drove off. He got annoyed with me asking saying i didn't came to the car when he tried to stop, told he had a bad attitude and was actually very rude when i said that he flipped, dropped me off and that was that. Then requested another ride, driver stopped at the garage for petrol, when the ride ended the ride was more then what the initial charge was, there wasnt alot of traffic.I logged a complaint yet they said it can't be rectified. This is really gullable service even worse is the fact that i use uber for longer trips coz i felt safer yet these extra chargers its really messed up!!!!
