UBER's dishonest transactions

For the last 2 days UBER shows an amount then charges a different amount. Is this not bordering on dishonesty, actually transaction *****. Uber says that they place a hold on the account but yet the amount is charged. It happened twice. The amount they going to charge reflects when the trip is finished another amount is charged. UBER really.
