Uber’s disgraceful driver

I took a trip with a driver Abram Ncube after a night out. Firstly the driver was rude and started arguing with passengers about not he being visible. Then my friend was sick and the driver took pictures of her and threatened to escalate the matter. After much resistance, we drove into my estate and I cleaned the mess to make sure he was not inconvenienced. Uber proceeded to charge me R200 even though the matter was resolved. The behavior of the driver is simply disgraceful and highly ********* and is a violation of the privacy of customers. Uber have flawed policies that encourage drivers to act in a disgusting manner.
