Uber's **************** ??

I was billed for a trip I didn't take. The driver went to collect me at my drop off point and when I called him to give proper directions he got lost. I had to make alternative arrangements and ended up paying a total of R84 for a R27 trip?? When I contacted Uber they refused to investigate with the driver and keep telling me about what their system tells them.
