Ubers ****

If I could give them no stars at all I would. Uber has now become a ****. I’ve started using Uber quite regularly this year as I travel to work using it. At the end of almost every trip the price is increased with the reasoning being “traffic”. This occurs even when there was no traffic at all. Besides, it is ridiculous that Uber would expect customers to compensate an additional fee for traffic whereas the traffic is outside of the customers control. I’ve had to endlessly fight for them to correct the price of the ride and have now gotten sick and tired of having to do that. I believe Uber shows a rate when requesting the ride to lure customers to book the trip and hike the prices up after the ride to **** people. This has happened to many other people and soon enough a lot of people will stop using this platform - I really hope so.
