Uber..not worthy of our trust

I left my fone in an Uber on Monday nite. Numerous calls to the driver lead nowhere as he pretends to have no knowledge of the fone left in his vehicle. He also promises to investigate and return the calls - this never happens. It seems to be fruitless to try and get hold of an Uber representative on a fone. one complaint (email) received a sympathetic email from Uber in return, but nothing further. I intend laying a charge against the driver for theft and against Uber for aiding and abetting the crime. In addition, my card was debitted for the fare and this driver accepted my cash payment! Shocking experience and you cannot get to talk to the management at Uber - they hide away behind websites
