UberEats more like UberCHEATS

I ordered my little brother a birthday meal, the driver takes Forever to arrive. He finally arrives, he has no card machine. The money has to be drawn (extra bank charges) and give the cash.

My calls me to say that the food is cold and soggy and not the something special I promised him.

I contact support they advise me that's the driver was actually waiting outside the whole time and calling. Who doesn't answer when you are waiting on a delivery?

On my account it states that I didn't pay and it will be deducted from my next order.

They promise a refund till today no refund, although the chat bot aka customer support tell me I have already been refunded.

Stay away from ubercheats!
