Ubereats appalling service

Once again we ordered food to be delivered by ubereats. After seeing the order taking very long contacted the help service online who only seem to have standard digital responses and no true assistance. In a nutshell, the delivery man cancelled twice and after an hour and a half, the order was cancelled. They say they only facilitate a connection between restaurant and driver and thus take no responsibility. We do not advise anyone using this unreliable service as this has happened more than three times to us.
