UberEats and UberRides - R8k ******/de*****ed from my Standard Bank account (card used without my permission)

My Standard Bank cheque card/account was recently de*****ed/****** of close to R8k, i.e. swiped and approved (without my permission) on UberEats and UberRides.

When I contacted Standard Bank to report the *****, they were totally 'blase' with the incident (no empathy at all - indicating that they will contact me in 6 to 7 days time!!!), and the call agent indicated that he himself had been de*****ed recently (also by someone using UberEats/UberRides!!)

I am extremely disappointed with the service rendered by Standard Bank, as well as UberEats/UberRides. Hundreds of people are being de*****ed daily using these platforms. I don't trust this Uber nor Standard Bank anymore (I have already started moving some of my accounts to another more trustworthy bank)
