UBER XL ****MER

Good day,

I write this review today with so much disappoint and how Uber has inconvenienced my travelling life. On Sunday, the 12th of January I had requested an Uber XL. The driver name is Righteous. He took us from Naturena and dropped us off at Soweto, in Naledi. The ride charged us R87 and then there was an extra R10 due to cancellation of the previous trip. We got to our destination and we paid him. We gave him R100 then he gave us R3 change back, resulting to our trip being R97. He left an threw out our cup over the window, that is how rude he was towards us. He then dove off and on my uber app shows that I did not pay her. I reported this on the app, and as always, I did not get assisted. I am so disappointed in Uber. This guy was extremely rude and this means he is a ****mer and ****s people for a living. Please assist in dealing with this matter.
