Uber - worst customer service. Useless.

Customer service abysmal. I have to wait almost an hour every day for the drivers to accept my trips. There are often multiple cancellations and when I contact support they use the same script. Not one query on any social media network has been answered and I've missed several classes because of the wait times. Can't use bolt because of the reputation they have of drugging and ***ually assaulting female riders.
