Uber won't refund my money ‼️

On December 21, I've had multiple trips that were unfulfilled yet authorised on my card! It's been weeks and there's not been a refund. Uber app has an automated response system that's going around replying the same thing over and over again ‼️ my bank says there is no refunds pending!! There's just no way to contact someone directly with Uber. It's disgusting and thievery
