Uber won't refund me my R510 they took without a ride taken

On the 25th of April 2025 I request an Uber to Centurion using a card payment method, my Uber came and I left but I noticed that my money was deducted 3 times including the ride I was in amounting toR510. When I queried it on the app they took longer to reply and only refunded me R15 out of that whole amount and I was told my matter would not go any further and they have now deleted the trace of the rides charged but I had screen shots of money deducted from my account. It is very disappointing being treated like that by a company you thought was at least trustworthy. Trashy
