Uber won't pay my refund due to me

I booked an Uber share ride on Sunday, the 9th of June 2024. My friends with whom I took the Uber accepted the ride on their side and their portion was deducted from their accounts respectively. The total Uber amount of R362 was however still deducted in full from my bank account despite my friends having their share paid on their side. No refund has been made from Uber for my R272 and despite my many attempts to get help or lay a complaint on their app, I have been unsuccessful. As a regular Uber user, I am extremely disappointed with Uber and would like my money refunded ASAP!
