Uber woes

I booked a trip this afternoon with Uber. The driver stopped at a pick up point that I could not see as mine. I cancelled the trip but money had already been deducted. I booked a second trip and the driver time before pick up was increasing instead of decreasing so I cancelled as I was rushing. The money was already deducted. I booked a 3rd ride and once again money was deducted.

So I need to get clarity I only had one trip but paid multiple times..

I cannot find their contact ls or chat anywhere and this is frustrating
