Uber will not take reviews about it's poor service.

Tried to call an Uber tonight. As always Uber says the trip will only be x amount of time. We tried Uber X, Uber comfort, Uber Go. We sat with the "contacting a driver" screen for the x amount of time uber said the trip would take, for each product attempted. Each time we tried to find a driver our price would also increase. A very disappointing experience and another on the list that makes this feel like an unreliable product. Ended up taking an Uber black which drove through red lights. Again, Uber has disappointed me.

Unsurprisingly, uber cannot be contacted about this issue because it is not an issue under their support page. Do they really think they're perfect??
