Uber will not pick you up if the driver does not feel like it DO NOT TRUST UBER.

Uber confirmed that if you book a ride that drivers have no obligation to pick you up - do not think you have a ride booked it is purely luck if you do get picked up - never another Uber booking for me!!! Driver-partners are advised to pick the riders from their pinned location within the mentioned estimated time of arrival and drop them at their desired destination. They are encouraged to complete all the trip requests that they accept within the geofence of the city. For a convenient pickup, driver-partners are also advised to remain available for calls and texts in order to coordinate with the riders.
