Uber what an absolute dissapointment

<p>Last night we orderd an uber to take is home from cape town city bowl to observatory. First uber confirmed and stated that he was 3min away, this time constantly fluctuated and went up until He (thedriver) cancelled on us. We orderd a second one, this time it fluxed from 5 to 6,min for about 10min, on the app seeing the car is driving everywhere except in our direction, out of frustration we cancelled and took a taxi home. After this whole ordeal I now hear my friend got charged for both cancellations. Is this how they intend to make their money??</p>
