Uber wanting more money

On the 24th of December we took an Uber to take us to our holiday destination and the ride was R346 we chose the cash option and paid the driver and gave him a tip as well but the driver logged the ride as unpaid and now Uber is demanding we pay the monies owed we logged it multiple times but with no success
