Uber wallet a *******

I had very bad experience they took out money from my wallet without my consent. Requested a ride yesterday for R99.24 using my Uber wallet, I checked before I got off the amount was R99.24 that went off, when I checked this morning the amount was updated to R131, I reached out to them they said there is nothing they can do. I feel like I made a mistake for loading cash in the wallet, 😞
