Uber Waiting Time

I am a student at Tuks, relying heavily on Uber's services for transportation. I Uber more than 4 times a week.

Today, which was absolutely not an isolated event but the last straw, I tried to get an Uber from campus to home. I waited for 20 minutes for a driver, after which moving to a gate all the way across campus. Here, I waited another 15 minutes and no driver accepted the ride.

Keep in mind, as a student with deadlines, tests etc. it is so important that Uber works. I have 4.7 rating as a rider as well.

I also refuse to pay the ridiculous prices to schedule rides, not considering that most of the time I take Ubers spontaneously.
