Uber very very poor communication service

Left my cellphone in a Uber comfort car, tried to contact Uber within 5 minutes, guess what no number, followed and tracked the phone following the driver untill the phone went flat, driver informed me via the Uber reply line that it was not found in his car. Seriously bad service lost my phone as you can not contact the driver directly and to this date you can not contact Uber for help on a call!
