Uber very disappointing

Please note that i am logging a formal complaint about the service you claim to offer, which is totally disappointing.

I requested an uber around 11:19pm today from Eastgate to 218 commissioner Street, the first driver - Tshepo made us wait for about 15 minutes before transferring the request to Bheki - FZ52NKGP. Who also made us wait for another 15 minutes and then he drove further away from us and he didn't even bother to cancel the request.

Then I had to cancel the request and got charged R25 on top of that. Also, the email confirmation i received is incorrect by saying I cancelled the trip at 11:25pm because I cancelled it around 11:50 or 11:55 pm. I have screenshots to prove that.

Can I ask that my R25 be returned to me, please.

Please advise what do I do on this instance? We could have been attacked, hurt or ****** awaiting for a ride that had no intentions of picking us up. As a result of that, i had to call my friend, who was 30 kilometres away to come fetch us.
